  • We accept only cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any incorrect information may result in delays or order cancellations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver products only within Lebanon.
  • Delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on stock availability and location.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, strikes, or customs issues) are beyond our control.
  • Customers must inspect the product upon delivery before making payment. If the package is damaged, they may refuse the order.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to our cash-on-delivery policy, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accepted.
  • If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must report it within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team at mjkstoreslb@gmail.com.
  • In case of an approved return, the customer may be eligible for a replacement.

  • We strive to offer high-quality products but do not provide warranties unless specified.
